Enjoy Dinner
At age 7, Antonio Salvatore used to stand on top of tomato cases. This allowed him to reach over the edge of the pizza countertop and make his first pizza.
35 years later, Antonio, no longer needs a boost.
Now, at Mangia Bene, one of the oldest and most authentic Italian restaurants in Cape Coral, the pizza pies are still flying from the hands of Antonio, who has now taken over the family business.
His parents, Peter and Teresa Salvatore opened Mangia Bene in 1999 and are still inspiring traditional Italian recipes with Antonio. The Salvatore’s have been cooking and making pizzas together since the first day Mangia Bene opened its doors at 2301 Del Prado Blvd #870, in the Coralwood shopping center. Chef Antonio and His Father spend much time together in the kitchen, perfecting Authentic Italian cuisine.
The Salvatore Family consider this their home away from home since opening it in 1999
I’m from New Jersey and I’m very picky about my pizza pies. I ordered a traditional white pizza and a regular pie the best ever and you won’t be disappointed in their entrees dinners. Also everything is homemade and Teresa the owner makes her own homemade cannolis. You have to try them they’re located in the Coralwood Plaza Right next to the movie theater stop in before the movie and have some dinner. You won’t be disappointed. The service was fantastic and the atmospheres wonderful.
